Your first session gives me the opportunity to understand your symptoms, your goals and how your body is currently moving. Beginning with an assessment ensures we have the time to understand your situation properly and start treatment straight away.

Your assessment includes a full discussion, movement evaluation, hands-on treatment and a clear plan for your recovery. We look at how your body moves, what’s driving the issue and what’s needed to improve strength, mobility and confidence. Treatment begins in the first session.

Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, such as shorts or activewear. This allows me to assess the affected area properly and guide you through movement tests or rehab exercises. For online sessions, make sure you have space to move and your device is positioned so I can see you clearly.

The number of sessions depends on your symptoms, how long the issue has been present and your goals. Some clients improve quickly, while others benefit from a structured programme over several weeks.
