Pilates is a series of exercises performed on a mat or reformer to promote strength, stability and flexibility. It is the perfect choice if you are recovering from an injury, rehabilitating after an operation, or just want to improve your strength and flexibility. All my classes are physio-led which means that you have a physio on-hand to discuss any of the exercises and any concerns you have about particular parts of the body.

Group mat classes

Come and enjoy my physio led group mat classes where we use a variety of equipment from pilates soft balls, weighted balls/bars, balance pads, foam rollers, magic circles or therabands to challenge your core stability.

reformer classes

The studio is equipped with Balanced Body Reformers and Towers for group classes led by a physiotherapist. Join my classes and learn how to safely move your body using the pilates reformers or Towers.

There are reformer classes suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced. Join one of my classes today, challenge yourself and leave the class feeling taller, more flexible and energised. I know you will love theses classes!
