Pilates is a mind and body movement system called “Contrology” by Joseph Pilates who developed this form of exercise in the early 1900’s.

Pilates is a series of exercises performed on a mat or equipment (such as a Reformer, Tower, Chair) to promote strength, stability, and flexibility.
